Senior Corporate Lawyer joins Bridge McFarland
Bridge McFarland continue to drive forward with their plans for growth and the introduction of new legal services following the appointment of senior corporate lawyer Mark Warburton.
Mark joins Bridge McFarland from Dickinson Dees where he was a Partner specialising in corporate finance handling many high value mergers, acquisitions and management buyouts.
He has strong connections with the food manufacturing and food service sectors adding to Bridge McFarland’s already well established niche reputation in various areas of law. Mark is an Honorary Consul of Iceland and an executive committee member of the British Icelandic Chamber of Commerce.
