Wendy specialises in aspects of Agriculture, Rural Business and Commercial Law. She has experience in dealing with sales and acquisitions of farms, business sales and commercial Property, tenancies, diversification, rights of way issues, pipelines and telecommunications, wind farms and mineral and sporting rights to name but a few.
Career History:
Wendy has dealt with many multi million pound commercial sales and acquisitions, as well as a broad spectrum of property and general commercial work. She started her career in banking and financial services legal work. Post qualification, Wendy gained experience with international law firm Clifford Chance and has also spent time working for Blake Lapthorn Linnells and Roythorne & co.
Personal:
Wendy is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and was appointed to its UK Council in 2010. She is also the Director of Burton Waters Leaseholders Management Company Ltd and is on the committee of a Lincoln Business Networking Group which meets on a weekly basis.
Wendy is married with 2 children and has a great love of Italy.
