Specialist Areas:

Ian is Head of the Medical Negligence Department and deals specifically with high value claims, including multi-million pound cerebral palsy claims. He also has ultimate control over the department’s case load of approximately 250(+) files.

Career History:

Ian has a BA (Hons) and qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He specialised in Medical Negligence claims since 1994/1995. Ian was admitted as a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel in February 1999.

Personal:

In his younger days Ian boxed semi-professionally and when he retired he was undefeated! Ian now prefers to partake in quieter activities such as golf.
