Career History:

Tracey started working in the legal sector over 20 years ago in a Solicitor’s firm in Wolverhampton. Tracey then spent ten years as a fee earner at a Solicitors Firm in Walsall, West Midlands. She subsequently moved on to become a Barrister’s Clerk in Chambers in Birmingham. After a career break to have children, Tracey joined Bridge McFarland in 2005 and in conjunction with the firms risk management team monitors compliance.
