Training Contracts

Our approach to training is extremely flexible and therefore we are able to tailor a bespoke training package depending on the requirements and interests of the individual.

Bridge McFarland attracts clients of all backgrounds and deals with a variety of case sizes; this enables us to give trainees a diverse range of experiences which will help the individual discover the area of law that they are truly passionate about.

The firm prides itself in the quality of client care it provides and realises the importance of integrating client care early on in the training package. This will enable the trainee to quickly grow in confidence and skill when handling our clients.

Successful applicants will demonstrate self motivation to work independently and as part of a team; good interpersonal skills; a positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment and a methodical approach to tasks and problem solving. Candidates must also be committed to developing a career in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.
