Stephen specialises in business law with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and commercial property sales or leases.

Career History:

Stephen achieved an MA from St. Anne’s College, Oxford and completed an MBA at Durham University in 2009. Stephen became a partner on 1st May 2006.

Before moving into the law Stephen worked for 4 years in manufacturing. He has found this experience invaluable in helping him to better understand the needs of his commercial clients.

Personal:

Stephen is a keen tennis player and occasional golfer. He also enjoys his role as a director of St. Andrews Hospice which provides much needed care to adults and children in the local community.
