Hip Replacement Compensation Claims for Faulty Product

We are seeing more and more cases of patients who have undergone hip replacement surgery suffer due to concerns and failures of a hip replacement joint manufactured and marketed by the DePuy company.

The artificial joint in focus is the DePuy ASR metal implant. DePuy are a subsidury of Johnson and Johnson.

DePuy claim they recalled the product as soon as they identified the problem in October 2010. However there are reports the DePuy ASR implants were failing as early as 2003.

We ask anyone who has had a hip- replacement since 2003 to come forward and let us advise about product liability.

Some medical experts are expressing concerns that even if there are no symptoms of failure at the moment there is a distinct possibiliy that many of the estimated 7.500 people in the UK who have a DePuy hip-replacement could go on to develope significant injury.
